I like to use bar chords for everything except D chord. For the parts that transition quickly from Fm to Dm,

I find using the Dm 5th fret bar chord right into Am 5th fret bar chord to be the easiest transition for me.

Also for strumming, I like to place emphasis on the 1st and 3rd beat.
